Connecticut Lighting Centers Wins Two Awards at National Convention

Connecticut Lighting Centers won two national awards at the yearly Lighting One International Lighting Market convention in Dallas, Texas. The Lifetime Achievement award was given to Arthur Director, Founder of Connecticut Lighting Centers. The Member of the Year award was given to David Director, President of Connecticut Lighting Centers.

David Director was awarded for his membership participation and engagement to Lighting One in 2015. Since David joined Lighting One, he has become a critical part of Lighting One’s continued growth and success. David participates in many Lighting One programs, conference calls, webinars, and is an important part of the advisory council, which is an integral part of Lighting One’s strategic direction.

Arthur Director was awarded for his many years of dedication to the lighting industry. Arthur helped blazed the path for today’s showrooms having served for over 20 years and as President of the American Lighting Association. His legacy speaks for itself, his accomplishments, and dedication to the lighting industry more than exemplify the Lighting One Lifetime winners. David Director, son of Arthur, accepted the award on his behalf.
