Nest thermostats have battery-operated wireless temperature sensors that can talk to a thermostat and adjust the temperature in a room as needed. If the adult bedroom is set to 72 degrees and the kid bedroom is 68 degrees, the thermostat will sense when to turn on the heat or air conditioning in each bedroom, without affecting other zones of your house.

The temperature sensors also work with ceiling fans – we have over 180 on display in our showrooms for all different styles and price points! Since many parents don’t want cold air blowing directly on their baby, we have fans by Minka Aire that all full-function and reversible. This option spins the fan blades in the opposite direction to bring air up for circulation rather than down, which can create a draft.

The Nest CO & smoke detector offers families peace of mind that their homes are protected. The detectors are self-testing, so you don’t have to worry about forgetting to change the batteries. These devices also back feed to your phone, so you get an alert if any smoke or carbon monoxide is detected.

Finally, the Nest indoor camera allows you to see what’s going on in your home at all times, directly from your smartphone. These cameras plug right into the wall, so there’s no need to hire an electrician for wiring.
